Movie review 01 (High school musical)

I watched the movie High school musical yesterday. It was the first time for me. I think that this movie is very famous in Japan, so I was looking forward to watch this movie.

First, I feel the cultural differences America and Japan. American schools have a locker in the high school. American high school students enjoy high school life very much and they are high strung. All students sometimes play musical in the movie. It was very interesting for me. I have not watched musicals. I thought that musical needs high technique, because actor has to sing a song and dance. I think that it is very different. I am not good at singing a song and dancing, but I think I want to play in a musical. It looks very happy. All the people are good at singing a song. A main character’s name is Troy Bolton. He is very good at singing a song. He belongs to the basketball team. The team named the Wild cats. A lot of people are belongs to the Wildcats. I like basketball very much. Also the basketball members play in the musical. Troy Bolton is good at playing basketball too, so he is the most famous person in this school. Then he meets a girl. The girl’s name is Gabriella Montez. Also she is good at singing a song. Then she belongs to the science club. Few day later Troy and Evans get together. Another girl appears in this movie. Her name is Sharpay Evans. She has a brother. His name is Ryan Evans. They are a second pair. They are belonging to a drama club. They do not like Troy and Gabriella, so they hinder Troy and Gabriella, but all the people become friends in the end. It was very interesting movie for me. (306 words) Toatl 1428
