Book review 15 (GOAL!)

“I was wrong and you were right. Nathan fitted into our team perfectly! ”

I read a book. The book’s name was “GOAL!” It was soccer story. Two boys appeared in this book. Their name was Geoffrey and Nathan. They are belonging to soccer club. I like soccer too. I was belonging to soccer club in elementary school. The world is soccer boom now, because the world cup was held in North Africa. I watched soccer game every night. It was exiting. I look forward to next world cup. The next world cup is going to hold in Brazil.
I have soccer TV game. It is very interesting for me. A lot of people have it. Nathan is good at soccer. I am good at ball game too. I like ball game very much. I was belonging to Handball club in junior high school. It is not famous in Japan, but I like Handball very much. To practice is very important thing, so I practiced handball everyday. Geoffrey and Nathan practice soccer too. They practice soccer everyday for soccer game. Then they won the soccer game. I want to play soccer too, and I look forward to next world cup.

Book review 14 (I wish)

“It’s lonely without my friends. Oh, I wish they were still here.”

I read a book. The book’s name was “I wish”. It was like the Aladdin. It was very interesting for me. Three boys appear in this book. Their names are Ron, Pele and Pete. They do not like school. “I hate school” moaned Pele. “I hate reading and writing”. I think so too. “Dudes, why do not we run away to the Pacific Ocean for our holidays?” said Pele. I think that it is nice idea. I want to go to Pacific Ocean too. Ron’s uncle has yacht. It is lucky. A week later, the three friends were sailing across the Pacific Ocean. I think that I can not that thing. Pete cooked the fish. I’m hungry now. Day after day, they sailed across the Pacific Ocean. I think there are no work, no school, just the open sea and the blue sky. It is freedom. One day, the blue sky turned black. I think it is a storm. Pele watched a green spot bobbing up and down on the wave. They took the bottle. Suddenly, in a cloud of smoke, the cork shot out of the bottle. The boys looked up and saw a giant genie. I think that it is the Aladdin. I think that I want bottle.

Book review 13 (Not Again)

“Do you always have to be so slow?”

I read a book. The book’s name was “Not Again”. It was very interesting for me. A boy appeared in this book. His name is David. He is a main character. He is belonging to basketball team. On the morning of the big game, David showered quickly. He dressed quickly. He ate his breakfast quickly. He could not wait to get on the court. He has looked forward to the game. Then his friend Alex came to his house. Second later, there was a loud screech of car brakes. David got hit by a car. I feel very sad. I think that he can not play basketball on the game today. However, he was lucky to be alive. He was in a coma for six weeks. He stayed in hospital for nearly a year. He would be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. I think that’s too bad, but there is the wheelchair basketball. I know wheelchair basketball a little. There is the anime of the wheelchair basketball in Japan. It is very interesting. Wheelchair user can play basketball well. I was surprised it, so David can play wheelchair basketball too.
